David is retiring and SBX is closing

Valerie and David have decided that this is the time for them to start a welcome retirement.
Unfortunately this means that, with immediate effect SBX Models will be closing for all business.

All current orders for items that are in stock either with us or with our main suppliers will be fulfilled as soon as possible.
We will be cancelling all other orders for future releases and out of stock items.
We will be maintaining an e-mail address for at least 30 days should you have any queries or questions (please use the contact link at the bottom of this page).

We would like to thank all of our internet and mail order customers for their business over the years.
We have built up some very good relationships with many regular customers throughout the world
and we are sorry to see that contact go. However, with both of us over retirement age we are looking
forward to some quieter times together.

Great News! We have recently upgraded our web site to enable us to offer vouchers for special offers on line. Changes to postal charges

Postage Changes

We have managed to keep our ‘Postage Free’ policy going for the last 7 years or so but have been struggling recently to maintain it. The upcoming increases to 2nd Class post have made it impossible for us to maintain free or subsidised delivery.

We are sorry to tell you that, from 6th March 2012 our new postage charges will be as follows:

UK only - £2.00 per order
European Union - £3.00 per order
International - £6.00 per order.

All orders placed prior to this date will not be affected.

Please note that where we decide to send an order in multiple parcels we will only charge a single postage fee.

The good news is that as a result of charging for postage, we will be able to re-inforce the packages better.
